The rules for induwara.lk
- Size
- Exactly 300 x 250 pixels, or 600 x 500 for sharp (retina) screens.
- Format
- PNG, JPG or WebP. A still image.
- File weight
- Under 150 KB. The console checks this the moment you upload.
- Animation and sound
- Not accepted. They slow pages down and annoy readers.
- Label
- Every ad is marked Sponsored by the site.
- Landing page
- Must open over https and match the ad.
Why 300 x 250
It is the size almost every ad network accepts, so you can reuse the same picture elsewhere. It is large enough for a headline, a picture and a button, and small enough to fit beside the content on a phone without pushing the page around.
No design skills? Use the builder
The Ad Console has a template builder: write a headline, one short line and a button, add your logo, pick a colour, and it makes the picture at the right size. See how to write the words.
If your file is rejected
- Wrong size: export again at exactly 300 x 250 (or 600 x 500).
- Too heavy: use fewer colours, or save as WebP or JPG at lower quality.
- Not an image: some tools save with the wrong file name; export it again as PNG or JPG.
