Refund policy

Money you did not use

• When a campaign ends, is stopped, or is cancelled, what it did not spend becomes your credit. It is applied automatically to your next campaign.
• You can ask for your credit back at any time in the Wallet. We refund it to the card you paid with through PayHere, usually within 3 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Ads we did not approve

If your ad is not approved, nothing is charged for it. Switch the campaign to a corrected ad, or end the campaign and take the whole amount back as credit or a refund.

Views you were charged for

Money spent on views that were really seen is not refundable, because the ad did run. If you believe views were wrongly counted (for example, clicks or views that look like robots), tell us. We check, and we credit back anything that was invalid.

If we did not deliver

If we paused or stopped your campaign for our own reasons, or the service was down so your ad could not run, the unspent money returns to you, and where we are at fault we extend your dates or credit you for what did not run.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. We resolve almost everything within a day. A chargeback stops the campaign and we may close the account.

How a refund works

In the Wallet, press “Refund it to my card”. The money leaves your credit at once, so it cannot be spent twice. We return it to the card you paid with through PayHere and email you when it is sent. If we cannot refund it (for example the card is closed), tell us and we arrange another way.

Sponsorships

A monthly sponsorship can be cancelled for a full refund (to your credit or your card) any time before its first day. After it starts it runs for the full period and is not refunded, except for days we failed to show your approved ad for reasons that are ours: those are added to the end or returned as credit. If we end a sponsorship because of the ad policy, the days that did not run are returned.

Ad credit

Ad credit (referral rewards, welcome gifts and promo codes) is not money. It can only be spent on campaigns and sponsorships, and it cannot be refunded or withdrawn. Money you paid with your card is always refundable as described above, and is used after any ad credit you hold, so the part you actually paid for comes back to you.

Receipts

Every paid order has a numbered PDF receipt, emailed when the payment is confirmed and available any time in the console.
